Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.Weather PolicyIn the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, services may be delayed or rescheduled. Service Details

Cleaning services are performed based on the package and add-ons selected at the time of booking. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time and fees.

 

Breakage and Damage

Our team takes great care while cleaning. In the rare event of accidental damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.

 

Home Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled time, whether through a key, lockbox, code, or being present during service.SafetyFor everyone’s safety, we ask that hazardous conditions be disclosed prior to service. Our team follows safety protocols and reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

 

Pets

We love pets! Please ensure pets are secured or confined during cleaning to prevent stress or accidents for both pets and our team.

 

Smoke-Free Policy

Sterile Tech Cleaning maintains a smoke-free work environment. Smoking is not permitted in the home during service appointments.

 

Insurance and Compliance

Sterile Tech Cleaning is fully insured and operates in compliance with all local and state regulations to protect both our clients and our team.

 

Pricing and Estimates

All prices are based on the information provided at booking. Quotes may be adjusted if the condition or size of the space differs significantly from what was disclosed.Payment is due as outlined at booking and may be processed before or after service, depending on your service type. Accepted payment methods will be communicated clearly in advance.

 

Photos and Videos

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance or marketing purposes. No identifying personal details will ever be shared.

 

Non-Solicitation of Employees
